The opposition are the "shit stirrers" of the country, said Federal Territories Minister Tengku Adnan Mansor.
"They stir things until they become chaotic," Tengku Adnan said in the Parliament lobby this morning, when asked whether or not he supports the abolition of the Sedition Act.
