Overhead bridge???

Why are there barrier in the overhead bridge??? I thought that the bridge are built in this way so that that the disable can use them? But now how do you expect them to use????

Where is the sign board for the street name? What is the door for? How do such thing happen??? Who knows? Hope some can give some answer....

What a view?? A back of the billboard in front of your house. Do the residents of such houses ask for it? No and it is the kind courtesy of the local authority. If they want to put the billboard at least paint the back with some nice scenery.....
